Virtual Office Terms & Conditions

Business Hub Ventures Pty Ltd

1. Service Eligibility & Use

1.1 This agreement is exclusive to the business purchasing this product and cannot be reassigned or transferred to another business.

1.2 The virtual office service may only be used for lawful business activities by the purchasing entity.

1.3 The business address may be used for mail handling, business registration, and online listings while the subscription is active.

2. Address Usage

2.1 The member may use the office mailing address located at whichever of the addresses listed below they have signed up for, for their business purposes only:

• 39 John Street, Salisbury SA 5108
• Unit 5, 141-157 O'Connell Street, North Adelaide SA 5006
• 1/506 Lower North East Road, Campbelltown SA 5074
• 111 Hampstead Road, Manningham SA 5086
• Suite 5/977 North East Road, Modbury SA 5092

2.2 The address must not be used after the agreement is cancelled or expired.

2.3 Upon termination, the business must promptly remove the address from all public platforms, including websites, Google listings, social media, printed materials, directories, and its ASIC records.

2.4 If the address continues to be used post-cancellation, additional fees will apply.

3. Mail Handling

3.1 All incoming standard mail will be placed in the mail tray in the foyer of the serviced office.

3.2 Mail will be forwarded to a nominated forwarding address only where forwarding has been arranged and quoted; forwarding is not included by default.

3.3 Members may collect their mail at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using their provided access code.

3.4 Business Hub Ventures Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to mail or parcels.

3.5 Mail not collected within 60 days may be returned to sender or destroyed.

4. Security & Access

4.1 Members will receive an access code for 24/7 entry to collect their mail.

4.2 This code must be kept confidential and must not be shared with unauthorised persons.

4.3 A mailbox key will be available for secure access to the letter box.

4.4 Members are solely responsible for their belongings while on site.

5. Subscription & Cancellation

5.1 This is a month-to-month subscription, automatically billed via the payment method on file.

5.2 The member may cancel the service at any time with 30 days' written notice sent to Business Hub Ventures Pty Ltd.

5.3 Failure to provide written notice will result in continued billing until cancellation is confirmed.

5.4 No refunds are offered for partial billing periods or unused service time.

6. Insurance & Liability

6.1 Members are responsible for insuring any business or personal property brought onto the premises.

6.2 Each member must maintain their own public liability and contents insurance to cover their business operations.

6.3 Business Hub Ventures Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for theft, damage, loss, or destruction of any property, mail, or deliveries.

6.4 Use of the address or premises is entirely at the member's own risk.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Any suspicious mail or conduct may be reported to relevant authorities.

7.3 The service must not be used for:

• Receiving illegal or prohibited goods
• Fraudulent or misleading business activity
• Excessively large or dangerous deliveries

7.4 Business Hub Ventures Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in the event of a suspected or confirmed breach of this section.

8. Termination by Business Hub

8.1 Business Hub Ventures Pty Ltd may suspend or terminate a virtual office membership without notice if:

• Payment fails or remains unpaid
• Terms are violated
• Unlawful activity is suspected
• Member conduct is inappropriate or disruptive

8.2 In the event of termination due to breach, no refunds will be provided.

9. Updates to Terms

9.1 Business Hub Ventures Pty Ltd may update these terms at any time.

9.2 Members will be notified via email of any material changes.

9.3 Continued use of the service after changes take effect indicates agreement with the updated terms.
